Private Life Vs. Public Authority

The public draw conclusion about individual's public behavior from his/her private behavior. Example:

Scandalous behavior (sexual/financial) cast politicians/others. They resign or are removed from public posts.It is not necessarily due to Media Pressure, albeit sometimes.

It is due to, Poor Behavior or Bad Judgement in Private Life that Affect their Public Authority and Critically Affect their Leadership Behavior.

When Public and Private lives overlap, Private Acts Damage Public Confidence.It is prudent, to take account of Private Behavior while maintaining Public Authority.

Such Intrusions should be exceptional, proportionate and for Public Interest.

When an Individual's Private Acts/Behaviors  Affect their Public Life, such should be Addressed by Acceptable Behaviors and Possible Sanctions.

Character built up  makes Behaviors accordingly.

VIJAY COMMITTEE : NGOs VIJAY KUMAR COMMITTEE was appointed by the central government, on the Orders of the Supreme Court, in response of the WRIT petition filed by Manohar Lal Sharma, in wake of recent Interfaces between NGOs and the government >Stand Off between NGOs and the government>complains of undue or targeted harassment by the government under the IT Act and FCRA. It recommends for 'Light Regulations' to reduce their harassments. It recommends Registration procedures to be Modernised to facilitate Seamless Operations of the IT(Income Tax) Act and FCRA(Foreign Contribution Regulation Act)  w.r.t  NGOs.
