VIGILANCE DEPARTMENT OF EVERY MINISTRY HAS BEEN ASKED BY MODI GOVERNMENT TO PREPARE LIST OF TAINTED AND CORRUPT OFFICIALS.ACTION WOULD BE STARTED FROM 15th AUGUST.IT WOULD BE INITIATIVE OF NEW AUGUST INDEPENDENCE.WE,THE PUBLIC SHOULD BE VERY VIBRANT AND HELP THE PEOPLE WHO INTEND TO ROOT OUT CORRUPTION.PARTICIPATION OF INTELLECTUALS IS REQUIRED IN ROOTING OUT CORRUPTION.

Note:
Laws/Mechanisms have been made to curb corruption. Execution of the Laws is most Important rather mere framing many Laws.

Note:
Executive Corruption can be curbed,
If Ministerial Corruption and the Judicial Corruption will be curbed.
Then,we would eventually root out any form of Corruption.

WHAT TYPES OF EDUCATED PEOPLE,A CONTEMPORARY SOCIETY NEEDS ? According to my Research, educated people are of 3 types. 1. Literate: According to the UNO/Census of India, who just know,how to read and write 2. Academic qualified educated people: Who just qualified academically and hold academic certificates 3. VIJAY COMMITTEE (2017 Memory)

VIJAY COMMITTEE : NGOs VIJAY KUMAR COMMITTEE was appointed by the central government, on the Orders of the Supreme Court, in response of the WRIT petition filed by Manohar Lal Sharma, in wake of recent Interfaces between NGOs and the government >Stand Off between NGOs and the government>complains of undue or targeted harassment by the government under the IT Act and FCRA. It recommends for 'Light Regulations' to reduce their harassments. It recommends Registration procedures to be Modernised to facilitate Seamless Operations of the IT(Income Tax) Act and FCRA(Foreign Contribution Regulation Act)  w.r.t  NGOs. Steps must be taken  to reduce Physical Interface between NGOs and Public Officials acting under the Acts and to reduce Mutual Distrust and Scope for Misuse. Well construed Guidelines have been framed for Accreditation of NGOs, Audit of their Accounts and Actions for Recovering Grants in case of Misappropriation.
