Political-Police sponsored Crimes

Political-Police sponsored Crimes will be reduced,only if,stringent Actions are taken against the Politicians-Police.
Surely,such Actions can not be taken.
Causes are many.
Somebody asked me, how Actions will be taken against the Politicians and the Police who sponsor Crimes. Question is  practically perfect.
In a Democracy, People of the country are Almighty,not Crimes sponsoring Politicians or Crimes sponsoring Police.Awakened Public can take action against such Sponsorers.
Ways are many.

VIJAY COMMITTEE : NGOs VIJAY KUMAR COMMITTEE was appointed by the central government, on the Orders of the Supreme Court, in response of the WRIT petition filed by Manohar Lal Sharma, in wake of recent Interfaces between NGOs and the government >Stand Off between NGOs and the government>complains of undue or targeted harassment by the government under the IT Act and FCRA. It recommends for 'Light Regulations' to reduce their harassments. It recommends Registration procedures to be Modernised to facilitate Seamless Operations of the IT(Income Tax) Act and FCRA(Foreign Contribution Regulation Act)  w.r.t  NGOs. Steps must be taken  to reduce Physical Interface between NGOs and Public Officials acting under the Acts and to reduce Mutual Distrust and Scope for Misuse.
