CAUSES of INDIA-CHINA CONFLICTS


CAUSES of INDIA-CHINA CONFLICTS:
(observed by Rajendra Majhi)
Cause 1:
China wants to establish a Military Presence in disputed region and  then stake claim to it.,as Border is not demarcated one.
Cause 2:
It's irked by India's speedy Infrastructural Development ,in recent years, especially in Strategic areas of LAC,in Ladakh, Arunachal Pradesh, etc.
Cause 3:
Dalai Lama(of Tibet) is based currently in India, along with the Tibetan Administration in-exile. China wants to tighten its grip on Tibet.
Cause 4:
World including India blames China for CoronaVirus Outbreak and demand for Probe. It will cost China severely. The Stand off can help distract World's attention from blaming.
Cause 5:
Role of India in Post COVID-19  is very Perspective, as maximum World Companies intend to  shift their Chinese Bases to India in Asia.
Cause 6:
India  rejects  China's demand to grant it Market Economy Status.
Cause 7:
Dispute over  Sovereignty of  separated  Aksai Chin and  Arunachal Pradesh border region, claimed by India, but now China governs. China connects important Road Link that  connects Chinese regions of  Tibet and  Xinjiang.
Cause 8:
India is an Emerging Ally of USA, the  main global Competitor of  China in every aspect.
Cause 9:
India is a  main Competitor of China in Asia.
Cause 10:
China wants to change Status quo of LAC,as not  demarcated border.
Cause 11:
Galwan River Valley is a Hotspot of Stand off  where LAC is closest to the New Road, India has built along Shyok River to  Daulet Beg Oldi, the  most remote and  vulnerable areas along LAC in Ladakh. China demands Galwan Valley as its territory. The  Indian Road could  boost India's Capability to move Forces and Materials rapidly in case of a Conflict.
Cause 12:
India recently removed Article-370, ending  J& K's Autonomy and  made  Ladakh as an  UT including  Aksai Chin,an area, India claims, but China controls.
Cause 13:
India wants to  recapture  POK . Karakoram Highway, a Strategic Road, passes through area that  connects China with Pakistan. China has invested in  China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC),a part of 'Belt and Road' Initiative of  China. CPEC is key to transport goods to Pakistan Port, Gwadar, which gives China foothold in Arabian Sea.
Cause 14:
India  banned all Exports ( Medical),after COVID-19 Outbreak from Wuhan province of China.
Cause 15:
Importance of India > If Pangong Lake is taken, Ladakh can not be  defended. If Chinese Military is  allowed to  settle in  Shyok Valley, the  Nubra Valley and  Siachen can be  reached by China.
Cause 16:
China is the world's 2nd largest Military Power and Technologically, Infrastructuraly, Financially Superior to India.
Cause 17:
Stiff Competition between the two globally in every aspect.
Cause 18:
India  suffered a Humiliating Defeat in 1962 War with China which occupied 38000km area.
Cause 18:
2017 Stand Off in Doklam Plateau, a Tri Junction between India, China and Bhutan.  India  objected to China  building a Road in  a Region claimed by Bhutan.
Cause 19:
India and  Pakistan have a parenting Conflicts since 1947.
Cause 20:
India is Supportive to the nations with which  China has disputes in South China Sea, as China is an Expansionist nation.

VIJAY COMMITTEE (2017 Memory)

VIJAY COMMITTEE : NGOs VIJAY KUMAR COMMITTEE was appointed by the central government, on the Orders of the Supreme Court, in response of the WRIT petition filed by Manohar Lal Sharma, in wake of recent Interfaces between NGOs and the government >Stand Off between NGOs and the government>complains of undue or targeted harassment by the government under the IT Act and FCRA. It recommends for 'Light Regulations' to reduce their harassments. It recommends Registration procedures to be Modernised to facilitate Seamless Operations of the IT(Income Tax) Act and FCRA(Foreign Contribution Regulation Act)  w.r.t  NGOs. Steps must be taken  to reduce Physical Interface between NGOs and Public Officials acting under the Acts and to reduce Mutual Distrust and Scope for Misuse.
