PRESENT SOCIETY LIKE SKIFF HAVING SEEPAGE

In a society, people ,having different social strata ,live.Some people do Wrong-Doings while some do not do. Who do not do Wrong-Doings are of two types : Innocent People and Well-Established People (educationally, economically and socially).

The well-established people do not intervene by raising their voice while Wrong-Doers do Wrong-Doings. They think ,there would not have negative impact (socially ,educationally and  economically) on us.

The innocent people can not usually intervene by raising their voice while some do Wrong-Doings,because of their incapacity,as they are vulnerable sections of the society.

If Voice can be raised against Injustice happening in the society, can be only possible by the well-established people, because ,they are so strong  to fight against the injustice happening in the society.

Unfortunately, they do not intervene by raising their voice while some do Wrong-Doings.

But, they forget, they stay in the same environmental society. The social environment must have bad impact on their next generation,if the Wrong-Doings are happened in the society.

Legally, INDULGEMENT of any Injustice happening in the society, is a Crime,if interpreted.

In my View,we are human beings, we all should build our social environment better to better , especially for human development.

Otherwise, we all would have negative impact on our present and next generation. Because, we all are living in Skiff like Society having Seepage.

If the nebulous society will reach at extreme, we all will be shrunken. So the extinction of human society will be inevitable.

VIJAY COMMITTEE : NGOs VIJAY KUMAR COMMITTEE was appointed by the central government, on the Orders of the Supreme Court, in response of the WRIT petition filed by Manohar Lal Sharma, in wake of recent Interfaces between NGOs and the government >Stand Off between NGOs and the government>complains of undue or targeted harassment by the government under the IT Act and FCRA. It recommends for 'Light Regulations' to reduce their harassments. It recommends Registration procedures to be Modernised to facilitate Seamless Operations of the IT(Income Tax) Act and FCRA(Foreign Contribution Regulation Act)  w.r.t  NGOs. Steps must be taken  to reduce Physical Interface between NGOs and Public Officials acting under the Acts and to reduce Mutual Distrust and Scope for Misuse.
