The Patna High Court took Suo Motu Cognisance of the video went Viral on Social Media showing a Baby playfully Tugging a sheet partially covering his Dead Mother at the Muzaffarpur railway station in Bihar.We need to think over how many such incidents not Viral on Social Media. Maximum Cognizant Matters can not come to Public Domain through different Mediums. Lives end at that. Causes are many.Cause1:Many Public have Crocodile's Cry.Cause2:Political Leaders don't get any Benefit from. Cause3:Maximum,(not All Media)are corrupt/paid.Cause4:Judicial System is very Sluggish,sometimes dysfunctional,sometimes Corrupt.Note1:To sustain Life in India is too difficult for a Helpless person. Note2:I had observed before 10 years, a baby of a monkey became senseless for any reason and the mother when made sound,other monkeys nearby rushed into that place,eagerly to help how far possible by them. But, what we observe,what about our Human beings Nature. Could we be differentiated Great Organisms comparing to others,we loss Humanism for which we are considered as Great,of course, in present situations Not. Then,What We are?!?!

VIJAY COMMITTEE : NGOs VIJAY KUMAR COMMITTEE was appointed by the central government, on the Orders of the Supreme Court, in response of the WRIT petition filed by Manohar Lal Sharma, in wake of recent Interfaces between NGOs and the government >Stand Off between NGOs and the government>complains of undue or targeted harassment by the government under the IT Act and FCRA. It recommends for 'Light Regulations' to reduce their harassments. It recommends Registration procedures to be Modernised to facilitate Seamless Operations of the IT(Income Tax) Act and FCRA(Foreign Contribution Regulation Act)  w.r.t  NGOs.
