TYPES of EDUCATED PEOPLE: SOCIETY NEEDS TYPE 3


WHAT TYPES OF EDUCATED PEOPLE,A CONTEMPORARY SOCIETY NEEDS ?
According to my Research, educated people are of 3 types.
1. Literate:
According to the UNO/Census of India,
who just know,how to read and write
2. Academic qualified educated people:
Who just qualified academically and hold academic certificates
3. Real Educated people:
Who execute their Wisdom/Knowledge/Intellectuality/Conscience/Ethics...  ....  trending towards Universalism.

How much % of Real Educated people are available in society?
What type people are required for a society?
We are saying, we are highly educated people, how far it is justified?
many more questions.....   .......    ......
Note: Type 1 & Type 2 are in Vain
             Type 3 is most required.
We are Humans, not just organisms.
Our Traits should be very developmental.
Ishawar Chandra Vidyasagar, burnt his Certificates,while his mother was cooking.He meant, how much he was qualified, would be known through his Activities and ACTIVITISM in performance and perfection, not through his certificates.
Core causes behind all conflicts/violence/disputes/ etc. are,due to Type 1& Type 2 educated people.
Once again, how much good potential qualities we have, do not matter ,until and unless, being kinetic.
We should have developmental thoughts ,having inducements of developmental activities and ACTIVITISM.

I expect Intellectuals to intervene on the discourse.

VIJAY COMMITTEE (2017 Memory)

VIJAY COMMITTEE : NGOs VIJAY KUMAR COMMITTEE was appointed by the central government, on the Orders of the Supreme Court, in response of the WRIT petition filed by Manohar Lal Sharma, in wake of recent Interfaces between NGOs and the government >Stand Off between NGOs and the government>complains of undue or targeted harassment by the government under the IT Act and FCRA. It recommends for 'Light Regulations' to reduce their harassments. It recommends Registration procedures to be Modernised to facilitate Seamless Operations of the IT(Income Tax) Act and FCRA(Foreign Contribution Regulation Act)  w.r.t  NGOs. Steps must be taken  to reduce Physical Interface between NGOs and Public Officials acting under the Acts and to reduce Mutual Distrust and Scope for Misuse.
