INCOME INEQUALITY:NOT SOCIAL JUSTICE


Social Justice denotes Equal Treatment of all citizens without any social distinction based on caste,sex,religion, etc. .Social Justice is ensured by Articles > 19(1),23,24,31,38,39(a),41,42,43,46,15(1),16(1),16(4),17 of the Constitution of India.


Now,the top 1% income earners capture 22% of total income of India. India liberalised its income and was favourable to top income earners and capital earners. Privatization principally benefited the richest income groups, but lower economic equitable redistribution.


China liberalized and experienced sharp economic growth and also sharp rise in economic inequality. But, share of redistribution of income is higher than India. Russia also became a market economy and has the same fate in economic inequality as in India. It happens usually due to highly regulated economy. The Western Europe, after WW-II improved their economies in terms of economic equitable redistribution, after being market economies, albeit were not previously market economies. Leadership having vibrancy made their economic equitable redistribution improved.


Where there prevails economic inequality, there is impossible of Human Development in expected rate. So needs of economic equitable redistribution. Social ACTIVITISM is required among intellectuals for at least Human Development. Otherwise, according to Karl Marx ,Society will remain in 2 categories - "HAVES" and " HAVE NOTs".

Morever, Flawed Policies/Programs ,handicapped Systems and Corruption make the economically vulnerable people more vulnerable.


Please, friends, Awake and Arise for Economic Equitable Redistribution for Social Justice, to fulfill the dreams of SUBASH CH. BOSE, BHAGAT Singh, Karl Marx,the people's  President Dr A.P.J Abdul Kalam and Dr B. R Ambedkar.

TYPES of EDUCATED PEOPLE: SOCIETY NEEDS TYPE 3

WHAT TYPES OF EDUCATED PEOPLE,A CONTEMPORARY SOCIETY NEEDS ? According to my Research, educated people are of 3 types. 1. Literate: According to the UNO/Census of India, who just know,how to read and write 2. Academic qualified educated people: Who just qualified academically and hold academic certificates 3. Real Educated people: Who execute their Wisdom/Knowledge/Intellectuality/Conscience/Ethics...  ....  trending towards Universalism. How much % of Real Educated people are available in society? VIJAY COMMITTEE (2017 Memory)

VIJAY COMMITTEE : NGOs VIJAY KUMAR COMMITTEE was appointed by the central government, on the Orders of the Supreme Court, in response of the WRIT petition filed by Manohar Lal Sharma, in wake of recent Interfaces between NGOs and the government >Stand Off between NGOs and the government>complains of undue or targeted harassment by the government under the IT Act and FCRA. It recommends for 'Light Regulations' to reduce their harassments. It recommends Registration procedures to be Modernised to facilitate Seamless Operations of the IT(Income Tax) Act and FCRA(Foreign Contribution Regulation Act)  w.r.t  NGOs. Steps must be taken  to reduce Physical Interface between NGOs and Public Officials acting under the Acts and to reduce Mutual Distrust and Scope for Misuse. Well construed Guidelines have been framed for Accreditation of NGOs, Audit of their Accounts and Actions for Recovering Grants in case of Misappropriation.
